I've created a new herbal tea blend. The key element to this blend is the magical herb Mugwort. There is also chamomile, sage and a few other lovely herbs. Drank before bed it helps in have vivid, intense, lucid dreams. Even prophetic dreams... Plus, it's quite calming on digestion, relaxing and has a nice floral, slightly earthy flavor.
